Our photography session started like many newborn sessions. With an adorable baby who was worried if he fell asleep, he would miss out on all of the fun! But eventually, he did fall asleep. And we were able to capture simple, natural poses. With every posed newborn session, I include a lifestyle session for my clients. Over the years, these lifestyle images tell a story. They are the images my clients never knew they even wanted, but the ones they cannot live without. During Matthew’s natural newborn photography session, we are able to tell the story of Taylor and Michael’s growing family.

Taylor was at ease during the session. Dressed in a knee-length white flowing dress with feminine eyelet details, she was a natural beauty. Her blond curls fell forward as she was kissing baby Matthew. It was a moment with just the two of them. An unusual event for this mother of three.

Taylor has a soft-spoken approach to motherhood and her kids hang on her every word. She really has a soft-spoken approach to life. You can see the warmth and love as Taylor interacts with each of her children and with Michael.

Just shy of her 4th birthday, London is everything you imagine when you picture a little girl. London greeted me with a big smile. You could tell she loves being a big sister to her little brother Kai and baby Matthew. Kai follows his big sister’s lead. He is sweet, curious, and polite.

Thank you, Taylor and Michael, for letting me be a part of your latest miracle. You two have created a beautiful family. London and Kai are a joy to photograph. I cannot wait to see how Matthew’s personality develops over time and to watch your family grow.
