Last year I shared my 2017 Highlights. I love any opportunity to reflect on previous experiences so I am excited to share my 2018 Highlights.

2018 Highlights:

This little camera and I had quite the adventure this year! ⠀

We captured families who were taking professional family photos for the very first and those who come back year after year.⠀
⠀
Families that were celebrating a new family member and the excitement of awaiting a new sibling. ⠀
⠀
Families who want to leave a legacy and print their family’s history. Because someday I’ll do something with these digitals is a long way from happening. And they want to relive these memories now, not years from now.

From anniversary sessions to even a wedding

We also documented love, lots of love. From anniversary sessions to even a wedding, we got to share in their joy and happiness.⠀

We witnessed the incredible journey of mamas-to-be and welcoming little miracle babies.⠀

I shot headshots and made friends with fellow business owners.⠀
⠀
I participated in styled shoots and made a lot of new photography friends.😍

We traveled, this little camera and I. From the desert to the mountains and a few bodies of water.⠀

We made trips to our client’s homes and created gallery walls, canvases, wood prints, mat prints, heirloom albums, and custom press cards. ⠀

These memories we captured will live on for future generations. An investment that will outlast most items we purchase if we only make it a priority.⠀

I faced my fear and stepped in front of the camera. The results are memories for my kids that will outlast me. I made a commitment to finally print my own family’s albums. (Because I can relate to believing that I will have more time later.)⠀

This year I invested in more continuing education than any previous year. As my business continues to evolve, I know women and moms are who I want to focus on serving. ⠀

Thank you to all of the couples, families, and mamas-to-be who allowed me into their lives. It was an honor to capture your stories and create printed memories that last. I cannot wait to see what 2019 brings!⠀
